Building Leaders.
Impacting Communities.
What are we all about?
Difference Makers works with existing executives or managers to sustain the high level of impact they have within their organization and throughout their community. We partner with emerging leaders ensuring they are prepared to take on their new role—whatever it may be.
We believe leadership is service. Leaders play an outsized role serving their organization. They play an equally important role serving their community.
We leverage surveys, personality tests, emotional intelligence tests, and thought provoking questions designed to gain a better understanding of our clients strengths and those of their team.
Difference Makers Coaching holistically works with our clients—professionally, personally, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally—to develop tailored action plans to achieve their personal and professional goals.

About Joe
As the leader and founder of Difference Makers, I take great pride in our ability to help our clients.
Over the course of seventeen years in the intelligence and special operations community, I fine tuned my leadership and team building skills in practice while commanding highly effective teams in dynamic environments. Being a Difference Maker meant building cross functional links across leadership levels—from Ambassadors and general officer to subordinate, colleagues, or foreign military personnel.
These experiences have sharpened my decision making skills in international and domestic environments both independently and with the support of teams. Serving as a leader and member of a team has taught me what it takes to make risk informed decisions and how to support the decision making process.
My coaching experience is derived from developing my subordinates and supporting colleagues. My formal training comes from the College of Executive Coaching. I find value and purpose in helping others achieve their personal and professional goals while solving challenging problems.
Finally, I am married with four kids. I juggle my professional and personal lives daily. Effective prioritization is key to happiness and success. We are not always going to get it right, but I have developed tools and processes to help you along the way. Our experience serving others, to include our families and communities, set us apart from others.
